Governing Law and Venue

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute between you and TAG shall be Orange County, Florida, and you hereby waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections thereto.
